Mannahatta NYC will accept returns for Credit or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of package delivery confirmation.
Mannahatta NYC will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Store credit is valid for a period of 1 year only from the date of return.
Sale items, accessories (socks, undergarment, bandanas, scarves, belts, gloves, caps and hats.) and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and all footwear boxes are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility. All return packages must be received back within 10 days of the return label issue date or may be subject to refusal. Mannahatta NYC reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns/exchanges.

In-Store Return Policy

Sale item, accessories (socks, undergarment, bandanas, scarves, belts, gloves, caps and hats.) and discounted/promotional merchandise are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange in-store.

We only accept the payment options available at checkout. Under no circumstance will we accept cheques or any other payment methods.
Items are not guaranteed to be available until the customer receives a confirmation email from our store. We try to keep our site up to date as much as possible. However, if an item that you ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Online orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday , excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.

Orders are generally shipped on the next business day (Tuesday - Saturday) after they are processed. Orders placed on Sunday and Monday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will provide a tracking number.
We only offer USPS PRIORITY MAIL or USPS EXPRESS MAIL delivery service on this website.
