Return Policy

Mannahatta NYC will accept returns for Store Credit or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 7 days of package delivery confirmation. To process return, please contact here to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Mannahatta NYC will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fee is customers responsibility.

Mannahatta NYC is not responsible for lost/missing return package.

Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and all footwear boxes are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Mannahatta NYC reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns/exchanges.

Sale items, accessories (socks, undergarment, bandanas, scarves, belts, watches, gloves, bags, caps, and hats.) , all the leather items and discounted/promotional merchandise, any items purchased with store credit or exchanged items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

All the items purchased with "4th of July" discount promotion is FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system.

If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
